Please note during sale, Standard and Express deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to be dispatched.
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
International Orders
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURNS
Please Note:
In order to maintain a hygienic standard, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind.
All sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received.
We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure the product is delivered in acceptable condition. In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may require a reasonable detail regarding the way in which your product is faulty/damaged. If you would like us to replace or provide a refund for the product where has arrived faulty/damaged and we determine (at our discretion) that the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, been involved in an accident, we may decide not to replace or refund you for the product.
