Shipping

We aim to deliver your order to you at the place of delivery requested in the check out process. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order however we cannot promise an exact date of delivery when your order has been submitted. We aim to delivery within a reasonable time frame from the date the order has been finalised but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We shall use our reasonable efforts to contact you if we expect that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

We are not responsible for any shipping delivered that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has existed Australia.

Upon delivery of your parcel, you may be required to sign. We deliver in our standard packaging.

We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure the product is delivered in acceptable condition. In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may require a reasonable detail regarding the way in which your product is faulty/damaged. If you would like us to replace or provide a refund for the product where has arrived faulty/damaged and we determine (at our discretion) that the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, been involved in an accident, we may decide not to replace or refund you for the product and may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs.
